Liberal Cocktail

60ml Rye Whiskey
30ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Amer Boudreau
4 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.
