Brandy Amaretto Sour

45ml Brandy
20ml Amaretto
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Egg White
15ml Sugar Syrup
Lemon Wedge (for Garnish)

Dry shake the ingredients, add ice, shake again and strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
