20ml Gin
30ml Strawberry Aperitif
30ml Rhubarb Shrub
Sparkling Wine
Chocolate Covered Strawberry (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the wine and strain into a champagne flute. Top up the glass with the wine and add garnish.
