Bubbles And Byass

60ml Sherry
1 Tablespoon of Apricot Liqueur
1 Stem of Basil
5ml Soda Water
2 Green Olives (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into a wine glass and stir. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
