Williams Sour

Half an Egg White
60ml Williams Pear Brandy
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
Half a Teaspoon of Icing Sugar

Shake ingredients and double strain into a cocktail glass.
