Plum Fizz

60ml Plum Brandy
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
Half a Teaspoon of Icing Sugar
Soda

Shake all ingredients but the soda and double strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda.
