Champagne Cobbler

1 Pineapple Slice
1 Orange Wheel
1 Lemon Wheel
1 Dash of Sugar Syrup
Champagne
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Muddle the fruit in a rocks glass, add crushed ice, the sugar syrup and gently top up the glass with the champagne. Add garnish.
