Tequilini

60ml Añejo Tequila
1 Dash of Dry Vermouth
Lime Zest (for Garnish)

Add the vermouth to a mixing glass, stir gently and discard it. Add the tequila, stir it well and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
