Lavender Martini

4 Sprigs of Lavender (1 for Garnish)
45ml Gin
15ml Lillet Blanc
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Muddle 3 of the lavender sprigs with the gin, then add the Lillet and shake and strain ingredients into a cocktail glass. Add garnishes.
