60ml Light Rum
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
6-8 Mint Leaves
Soda
Mint Spring (for Garnish)

Tear and press 6-8 mint leaves at the bottom of a highball glass. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Top up with soda.
