Old Bailey

15ml Absolut Elyx
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Crème Yyette
5ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Sparkling Wine
Orange Zest for Garnish

Shake and strain all ingredients but the wine into a flute. Top up with the wine and add the garnish.
