Ritz of New York

30ml Cognac
15ml Triple Sec
2 Dashes of Maraschino Liqueur
8ml Lemon Juice
Chilled Dry Champagne
Orange Twist for Garnish

Shake and strain all ingredients but champagne into a chilled cocktail glass. Top up with champagne and add garnish.
