75ml cognac
8ml Absinthe or Absinthe Substitute

Stir ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add lemon twist as garnish.

This cocktail was favoured by French artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, whom died at age 31 in 1901.
