Tart Gin Cooler

60ml Gin
60ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
60ml Tonic Water
Dash of Peychaud's Bitters

Build in order given into an ice-filled collins glass and stir well.

This cocktail apparently came into existence due to experimentation with Tonic Water.
